We have partnered with Square to bring Jasmine Take-Out Online.  By using our Square TakeOut online ordering site, you are stating that you have read and agree to the Jasmine Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Jasmine Cancellation and Refund Policy

When an order is received by our restaurant through our Square TakeOut Online Ordering website, payments have already been processed.  Once the preparation of food has been initiated, orders may not be cancelled or refunded. 

 

Requests for order cancellation and/or refunds must be received through a customer service representative at Jasmine Seafood Restaurant AND further approved by our corporate representatives.

As mentioned on our Square TakeOut Online Ordering website, orders will not be released without presentation of proper Photo ID and matching credit card.  If it is not presented, alternate payment method will be accepted.  If alternate payment method is fully accepted and processed, refund on the original credit card may be made through Square through their usual refund process.
